I called Ivy League when I was having an issue with the power properly coming into my house from Burlington Hydro. The staff were extremely helpful, and were kind enough to drop by my house late on a Friday afternoon to diagnose the problem. They helped me coordinate with Burlington Hydro, and were a pleasure to work with the entire time. I will definitely use Ivy League again, and would recommend them to anyone in the area.

Ivy League is a fantastic company! We live in a old home in Hamilton that required a number of different repairs (like knob and tube replacement) and upgrades, and Tyler came to the house and went through all our options to give us an accurate quote, including options to phase in the work over time. He went through all our questions and was very patient, thorough, and transparent. Brian and Cameron came to do the work and were such great guys. They were thorough, professional, considerate and a pleasure to have around for the day. We will definitely be trusting Ivy League with all our future electrical needs!

This is the second time we used Ivy League Electric to install a light fixture and convert multiple switches to dimmers. The team was extremely pleasant and efficient. There was no mess left behind. Everything was done with attention to detail. There is no doubt this is a well run, transparent company. The quote was reflective of the final price. They also stand behind their work, as a pot light previously installed was replaced under warranty, no questions asked. We will recommend Tyler and his team to anyone looking for a great electrician!

Great experience working with Tyler and Chris, they replaced several light fixtures in our house. Very professional and considerate, fair prices, would definitely recommend.

Call Ivy League. They got back to be right away, sent someone the same day, and did a great job. I should have contacted them first, and not third. Two other Burlington Electricans either didn't get back to me, or didn't show up when they said they would.

The Ivy League team was great. Danielle was very helpful in coordinating the details ahead of the service call. We had a list of electrical tasks to get done, so Tyler visited to get a better idea of the space, work necessary, what might be possible, and to give an accurate quote. There was a mix-up in terms of timing, with the team arriving a couple days earlier than the scheduled date. Although that was unexpected, luckily I happened to be home and we were able to make it work. Chris was comprehensive, answered all our questions, and did a fantastic job with great attention to detail. Other than the timing mix-up, everything was great. We were very happy with the quality of the work and would definitely recommend Ivy League.

We have used Ivy League for many repairs and projects over the years but most recently (November 2021) they installed our Celebright permanent holiday lighting. I am so grateful for the time we saved this spring not taking down Christmas lights. Every step of the process: quotation, installation and team members was great. We have already been able to celebrate so many holidays and birthdays with customized lighting and look forward to many more in our forever (at least for now) home. I had a very difficult fan installation job. Ivy League arrived on time, hit a couple of unexpected issues, but was still able to complete the work to a very high standard. Ceiling height 20', Fan width 80"

It does not happen often when I cannot find a negative thing about a particular service I received. Even if I am nitpicking, I still cannot find a fault in the case with Ivy League Electric. From the moment Danielle answered the phone to the moment Chris finished the installation, it was on the money. I had them install some LED lights under the Cabinets in the Kitchen. Danielle handled my call perfectly and was extremely speedy in her response, a pleasant surprise. Chris showed up exactly at the time quoted and he finished on the time he quoted. He also took the time to clean up. Installing LEDs under cabinets simple right? But even this they managed to exceed my expectations. Save yourself some trouble and time. If you are reading this, chances are you are looking for good electricians. Call them you will be happy. I feel they are fairly priced. You certainly will get much more than you pay when you factor in Customer service and quality of work.

These guys were amazing. I called about some lights outside the house not turning on and in between the call to them and their arrival we lost power in a washroom. When they arrived the fixed the lights, the power, a switch and installed a fixture for me. They were so amazing I honestly wish I had more for them to do. They’ll be my first phone call if anything electrical is ever needed. Oh and the cost- incredibly reasonable!!

Andrew was on time and very professional. Explained everything to me and was nice and polite. Will use this company again if I need service.

The professionals at Ivy League performed some electrical upgrade services at a family member's home recently. The list was varied and extensive! From attic to basement, Tyler's Team moved efficiently through the projects! They kept us informed and they cleaned up any debris as they went. Tyler's crew were on site, on time, friendly, efficient and professional! We would not hesitate to recommend Ivy League for any electrical services in your home or business!!

We have had such a great experience working with Ivy League Electric over the past couple of months. We recently moved into a new home in Burlington and there were a lot of electrical repairs to be completed to make this home a safe place for our family. They also upgraded our electrical panel to ensure we had enough breakers and wattage for an upcoming larger renovation. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ivy League to friends, family, colleagues and clients and will be working with them on upcoming interior design client projects as well. Tyler, Danielle and the team of electricians are reliable, have great communication and are a pleasure to work with.

Working with Ivy League was a breeze. Getting a quote and making an appointment was quick and easy to do. Danielle was really easy to work with and she answered all of my questions quickly and courteously. On the day of the job, the work was done quickly and efficiently with two electricians on site. We had some trouble with a breaker always tripping when we used our outdoor plugs/garage door, so they replaced the outdoor plugs with new gfci receptacles that 1. work and 2. are much nicer looking than the old ones :) We also had an octagon box (junction box) added into our basement, as well as the tripping breaker replaced in our panel. We paid a little less than $500 for the work.

Ivy League was on time, on budget and cleaned up after themselves. It was like they were never there, but the problems were fixed. Thank you!
